The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It offers a stunning view of the bay and nearby areas. The hotel facilities, especially the Caesar Palace, are wonderful and provide a wide range of amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, with everything being well-maintained. The staff members are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The breakfast, though not buffet-style, is served quickly and with a touch of elegance.

The bed was comfortable, we had a good rest. We appreciated regency palace. Free parking onsite was provided. An excellent base exploring Jounieh.

Nearby there's a casino that you can walk to, and a cool spot called Afandina where you can grab some lunch. Plus, there's a pool here that's great for unwinding after a long day! 🏊‍♂️

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The value for money was amazing and the room was fantastic - spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view. The location couldn't have been better, with a stunning view of the bay and close to the Casino du Liban. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Wadih Sammia, Ms. Norma, and Mr. Ali. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable!

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety. The food was delicious, but it would have been great to have more options to choose from.

Verry welcoming staff, they made me feel at home. I had a panoramic view from my balcony. the breakast vas very good.

Location and cleannliness, rooms looked good and were of a high standard. common areas a bit kitsch but well kept.

This may be the attitude of Lebanese Hotels in a 3-4 star, but to charge for sachets of Nescafe and for use of an iron is despicable and definitely not 5 star attitude.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room was clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The highlight of my stay was when my son slipped at the pool and cut his head. The hotel staff acted swiftly, attending to his wound and even providing us with transportation to the hospital. They went above and beyond to ensure his well-being. The food at the hotel was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom water, overall I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at the Regency Palace in Jounieh for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel catered to all my needs and the room service menu offered some of the best food I have ever eaten. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of Adma and Beirut. The staff, especially Mr. Wadih Sammia, Ms. Norma, and Mr. Ali, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were luxurious and clean, with a majestic design. I would give this hotel more than 10 stars if I could.
